Al Hunt

Al HuntAl Hunt is executive editor for Bloomberg News in Washington D.C. and the host of Bloomberg Television's "Political Capital with Al Hunt." Hunt, who has covered politics and business in Washington D.C. for nearly four decades, regularly contributes to Bloomberg Television's coverage of national political and economic affairs.

Since joining Bloomberg in January 2005, Hunt has overseen the Washington bureau’s extensive growth, which today includes more than160 editors and reporters. He also writes a weekly commentary column for Bloomberg News and The International Herald Tribune.

Andrea Catherwood

Andrea CatherwoodAndrea Catherwood is a London-based anchor and host of Bloomberg Television’s weekday business program, “The Pulse with Andrea Catherwood,” which offers real-time analysis of breaking business stories along with exclusive interviews with global newsmakers.

Catherwood brings a wealth of international news experience to her role at Bloomberg Television. Throughout her career, Catherwood has covered major news stories in Kosovo, Russia, Sierra Leone, Israel, the West Bank, Gaza, Mozambique, and Guantanamo Bay as well as interviewed former Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf and U.K. Conservative Party head David Cameron.

Betty Liu

Betty LiuBetty Liu is the anchor of Bloomberg Television’s “In the Loop with Betty Liu,” a daily business morning news program that covers the opening of U.S. markets and financial, economic and political news from around the world. “In the Loop with Betty Liu” prepares viewers for the trading day with actionable interviews and insight from top business leaders and trusted coverage of market-moving data and analysis for investors.

Liu has interviewed numerous prominent newsmakers for Bloomberg Television including Berkshire Hathaway Chairman and CEO Warren Buffett, media pioneer Ted Turner, former General Electric Chairman and CEO Jack Welch and Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein.

Carol Massar

Carol MassarCarol Massar co-anchors Bloomberg Television’s “Street Smart” (3-5/PM ET) with Matt Miller. "Street Smart" is a daily business news program that covers the final hour of trading for the U.S. markets as well as headlines and developments around the world. Massar is based in New York City.

An award-winning journalist with over 15 years of experience, Massar joined Bloomberg Television in 1999. She has covered major business developments around the globe for Bloomberg Television, including reporting live from the World Economic Forum in India, the Business Council, the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.

Charlie Rose

Charlie RoseCharlie Rose is executive editor and anchor of “Charlie Rose,” the nightly one-hour interview program that engages in one-on-one, in-depth conversation and round table discussions about important issues and ideas of our time. The program is produced and taped at Bloomberg Television headquarters in New York City and airs on PBS stations across the U.S. as well as during evening hours on Bloomberg Television around the world. Francine Lacqua

Lacqua, who joined Bloomberg in 2000, has covered many international events for Bloomberg Television including the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland as well as IMF, G20 and OPEC meetings around the world. She has also reported on the Italian and French elections where she was one of the first international reporters to interview cabinet members.

Julie Hyman

Julie HymanJulie Hyman is a co-anchor on weekday afternoon programming for Bloomberg Television, as well as a reporter for “Street Smart” with Carol Massar and Matt Miller.

Hyman previously served as a morning markets editor for Bloomberg Television, covering breaking news and stock trends as well as reporting live from the New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ MarketSite and Chicago Board of Trade. She has also served as a print journalist for Bloomberg News, based in Paris, where she covered European stock markets.

Linzie Janis

Linzie JanisLinzie Janis is a London-based anchor for Bloomberg Television and the host of “Global Connection with Linzie Janis.” Janis provides in-depth coverage of breaking business news around the world, as well as insight and analysis into market trends and economic developments. She regularly interviews CEOs, central bankers, government ministers and leading investors.

Since joining Bloomberg Television in 2008, Janis has covered the subprime mortgage crisis, the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, the global credit crisis and other major business stories.

Manus Cranny

Manus CrannyManus Cranny is a markets reporter for Bloomberg Television, covering international equities, treasury bonds, commodities, Forex trading and breaking business news around the world. He is based in London.

Cranny brings more than 20 years of business and media experience to his role at Bloomberg Television. He began his career in boutique fund management for high-net worth investors and went on to become a London-based institutional broker at First Chicago Bank, now part of JP Morgan Chase. In that role, Cranny covered futures, options, derivatives and bonds for institutional investors in the Middle East including Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Oman and Abu Dhabi.

Based in New York City, Brennan brings together interviews, analysis and perspective as the U.S. trading day gains momentum and European markets close.

Brennan's reporting at Bloomberg has brought her around the world for interviews with leading CEOs, investors and heads of state. In January 2010, she hosted a live broadcast from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she interviewed Saudi Finance Minister Ibrahim bin Abdul Aziz al-Assaf and former U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blair. Brennan has also reported live from the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland and was the only journalist to participate in and report on the Global Irish Economic Forum in September 2009.

Matt Miller

Throughout his career at Bloomberg Television, Miller has interviewed a number of leading business and political newsmakers and sports personalities. Miller has spoken to Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, former General Motors chairman and CEO Rick Waggoner, Ford Motor Company president and CEO Alan Mulally, Traxis Partners LLC managing partner Barton Biggs, civil rights leader Jesse Jackson, United States Senator John Kerry, former NFL coach and broadcaster John Madden and NFL quarterback Eli Manning, among others.
